If you are in the business of chocolate or
desserts, we invite you to participate in
this unique and special event! You will have
the opportunity to showcase your products
and services to thousands of chocolate
lovers all over Minnesota.
There are several ways to participate in the
show:
• Become a sponsor
• Exhibit in the show
• Advertise in our show program
• Perform a demonstration
• Participate in the competition
• Donate an item for the raffle.
Benefits of participating in the show include:
• Over two months of promotion:
we see your investment as more than just 2
days at a booth. Rather, we will show your
products and mention your name at every promotional
event for at least two months prior to the
show.
• Gaining widespread exposure of your
business and products
• Selling your products/services directly
from your booth and keeping 100% of your revenue
• Increasing and diversifying your clientele
• Discovering new distribution channels
• Distributing information
• Testing and demonstrating new products
• Conducting market research
• Networking with other businesses
Members of the Trade
Are you a buyer for your retail store? Are
you looking for gifts for employees?
Would you like to make business-to-business
connections with people in the culinary
and pastry business? If so, you qualify
for discounted admission. Please fill
out this form and mention that you are coming
to the show as a member of the trade. We will
send you tickets at a discounted price.
Prize Raffle
Several prizes will be given way to show attendees
throughout the weekend. If you are interested
in donating a prize for the raffle, please
let us know by filling out this form or requesting
a Vendor Packet. Prizes must be at least $20
in retail value. This is an excellent way to
further expose your business. Your product
will be clearly tagged with your business's
name and displayed prominently at a table
at the entrance of the exhibition area. Your
name and prize will also be listed in the
program distributed to all guests. 100% of
the proceeds will be donated to the Make-A-Wish
Foundation® of Minnesota.
